Welcome to the open collaberation for the Prince2 method. Here we hope to create, together, the ultimate resources for Prince2. Technically, this is known as a 'wiki'. It is the concept of open access: anyone with knowledge is able to add to the content of the site and help to develop it. Basic Introduction
Prince2 is a structured project management method, and is an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments. It basically documents a series of processes which cover all the activities needed from project start to project finish.
Supporting the method are two individual qualifications, obtained via the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner examinations.
